This is our first iteration of an FPS based around the concept of team play and coordinated operations. It’s inspired by games like Call of Duty, Battlefield, and Gears of War but with a much more immersive scope (the original doesn’t have enough guns). It recreates the feeling you get when you’re playing Assault Rifles together as a squad. You know that moment when you’re on the offensive and everyone is shooting at the same time? This is that moment in real life, where you work as a team to neutralize your enemies before taking them out yourself. Rise of the Machines will feature both single player and 2-player co-op campaign missions. The level of realism we want to achieve will depend on how many friends we can get playing!
